Part I.  Information Collection
Projetics Technology Solutions Inc. collects information through our web site. We collect the following information about visitors who voluntarily submit our online contact form: name, title, company, address, phone, fax, and email address. We also request how users found our site. All responses are optional.

Projetics Technology Solutions Inc. does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We do not employ cookies. (A cookie is a small text file that a Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier.)

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by Projetics Technology Solutions Inc. will be used for contacting the visitor as they have requested. Users who provide information may receive occasional email or mail correspondence, if they have marked the option to receive our correspondence on our online form.

Registered users may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

We will not share data with third parties unless requested by the user.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by email or mail at least 60 days before the change is implemented.

Part III.  Access to Information
Users may contact us about inaccuracies they may find in their personal information by sending email to info@projetics.com. Users may delete their information from our database by sending an email to info@projetics.com and requesting removal from our database. All records will be updated or removed within one week of the request.

Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact Projetics Technology Solutions Inc. by sending an email to info@projetics.com or any other method on the Contact Us page. We are committed to resolving issues within one week of being contacted.

Part V. Data Storage and Security
Projetics Technology Solutions Inc. protects user information by keeping all customer data within a secure folder using Microsoft Windows NT security technology. Since we use PayPal services for taking payments, we do not house any financial records on any web server. All payment transactions are through Secure Socket Layer (SSL)-enabled servers with at least 128-bit encryption.
